this site is bogus. where's the phone number for customer support I placed an order yesterday, and my account says i did not, I get no email no nothing, it got to the order completed page!!!? so  I tried again, and  on the billing information page it  tried to direct me to facebook.net. Real buisness's take phone calls for customer support not a **bleep** book with FAQ'S, I cant find a number on here to save a life.
