I bought this game optimistically hoping it would be an improvement from the last year and its known gameplay issues. However, it has failed to reach my expectations, or improve in any way warranting the 60+ spent. However, in pursuing a refund within mere hours of first launch (seven days after purchase), I am deemed ineligible for a refund. I read the rules for the great-game-guarantee ahead of time, and am absolutely certain my copy of madden 20 meets every bit of criteria for eligibility. I now reach out to the community and EA reps for help, as I don't see any other way out of this title. Thank you all for your time reading, and I hope you may be able to help me in this time.

Have you tried talking to a game advisor yet ? That's probably the fastest way to get a refund.
