losing con

I have a problem with the game that I can't join one game mode other then that I am able to play the game normally but as this game one is one of the best once I Dont know how to fix it... cant play conquest, like at all it loses connection when I try.

Are you running into this issue in Battlefield V, or is it happening in a different game? Also, can you tell me which platform you're playing on?
