login redirects

Hi, I don't know if this is a virus issue with my computer, or an EA issue. But whenever I open Origin, the login screen blinks and redirects to an ad of some sort. So I can't login. If I try  to click on the screen at all, it just blinks and starts its redirection. I tried to use Windows Defender to stop whatever is using Origin to get into my computer, but that hasn't worked. Now I'm trying AdAware, the free version. Any ideas? We can't play The Sims3!! Oh, and I can enter stuff on the login screen when I disconnect the Internet, but of course you can't login offline.

Another software you could attempt running would be the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/

You could also try the below:

• Reset Internet Explorer Settings
• Reset the Windows Host File

Also, I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Nothing works!
