live chat option not showing

I need technical support for the sims 3 that won't launch, and I had already contacted an advisor before on this topic but it didn't work so I tried to contact an advisor again in live chat but the option didn't show up only call option is available and I CAN'T take that option.

Make sure your region is set to the USA.
