is there anyway a person can put code that is in use on Orgin?

I bought the game Spore a long timeago when it first came out and I guess I used the code. I want to put it on Orgin but it is telling me it is in use. I Went to spore.com and I can not remember the email I used back then, or the password. Is there anyway possible to get this on Orgin or am I screwed. I always hated this stupid Code * the game should be mine. I paid for it. I am not sure if the game would even work if I put in the game on the disk. Kinda wanted a digital download as the game runs better, for some odd reason.
