invalid account - help me please

I have Sims 4 Base Game and Sims 4 City Living on my invalid account. Can I changed again my account?

Hi @lenka041220. 

When you have the chance can you try resetting your EA Account password to see if that helps at all? I've spoken with others who said that after resetting the password they were no longer getting the invalid account error.
