installation

Okay so I just got the Sims 4 today and I didn't want to but the stupid orgin thing is installing it and it just keep resuming instillation! Please somebody help I was so excited for this game and I am dissapointed I cant play it

@kd0ug Please manually uninstall Origin, then download the latest version of Origin and run the installation again. Then make sure that you have added firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and opened the needed ports. After this when starting Origin, please make sure to run it as Admin (right click Origin shortcut, go to Properties - Compatibility and tick the 'Run this program as Admin' box).  Then try to install the game again.
