im trying to install battlefield hardline, but why its taking so long?!?

Today i purchased BFH, i downloaded it and now i am installing, but it is taking so long and it seems that there is nothing being installed, can someone help me please, im getting really nervous!

Did you add origin to your firewall and virus protector exceptions? Also running Origin as administrator should help with downloading the game.
