i want to recover stolen account

My account got stolen about 2-3 years ago and i want to get back, but i can't reach any of the supports i tried a thousand time but i cant.
i have the first e-mail and a free game order receipt and current id.

I dont get any pop up window at all. I tried in every browser 3 times and nothing.
