i pre-ordered sims 4 get to work, but it wont let me download it?

I pre-ordered on 11 February.Now I can't download.It's saying that it's processing.How can I fix it?

If it's still saying Processing, it sounds like the purchase has stalled. Contacting support is the way to go now.
