Hi,
I got a CD version of The Sims medieval with a 20 digit cd-key but to redeem it in my account I need a 16 digit code, how can I get the 16 digit code or how can I redeem with the 20 digit code?

@Ros514 Go to this site:
Scroll to the bottom and click "Register a Game." You'll see a 20-character field in which you can enter your serial number. As long as you use your current Origin account, Medieval should appear in your game library afterwards.
@CarbonCarl I know you're trying to help, but it's not useful to tell someone there's "no other way" to do something when that is not in fact true. This has been the recommended way to register Sims Medieval product keys since the game was released.

Hi @Ros514
You will need to speak to a EA adviser who should be able to sort this for you.
You can contact an EA adviser here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
Edit: For Sims games please follow @puzzlezaddict instructions to redeem your game key.

@puzzlezaddict
My apologies, I stand corrected. The info was from an older thread that had that as the answer from a member of staff. Not specifically Sims but game CD-Keys in general.
Edit: Updated the post and changed solution accordingly.
