i had to restore my computer and just re-downloaded origin

it was just re-downloaded, im signed in to my account (my only account) and "my games" is empty. I purchsed in the past The sims 3 and the sims super natural and i wanted to redownload it to my freshly restored computer. Yet it is just not there. I still have the product codes so I tryed the "redeem code" which it just told me this code has been redeemed. How do I get my games?

This and it could be a pain as it is a weekend and less staff are on but....

 

Follow the Steps to contacting an EA Game Adviser to fix this :

1 Click here to go to the EA contact page. http://help.ea.com/en/

Note: Top left pick your Country :]

2 Select your game and platform, Then click next.
3 Select a topic and write about your problem.
4 Click next and select your preferred contact method.
5 Ask for a callback if you can as it is fast when I used it.
