i forgot my security question on origin and i can't change my name.

Someone got into my account, changed my Origin ID and the name of the holder of the account. I got my account back and reset the password, but i can't change the Origin ID.

Either the dude changed the security question or i simply can't remember the asnwer. I wanted to write this to you as a mail, but since the customer support email adress is nowhere to be found i am posting it as a question here. I have the proof to prove that i am the original holder of the account and i want to change the Origin Id back to what it is supposed to be.

 

MY ORIGIN ID IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE KIKLA20 IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE IBANANASHAKE PLEASE LET ME CHANGE IT BACK EA, PLEASE LET ME CHANGE.

You will need to contact an EA Advisor on the phone, they can help you update your security question and assist you in changing your name: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

 

Note: Once on the support site, click on the flag in the top left corner and select your country. If yours is not listed, you may need to place an international call. Read more about it here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/contact-ea-help/

 

Log in with your EA Account and choose "Origin" as product, your platform, "Manage my account" as topic and "Manage security settings" and describe your issue to see all available contact options.
