i dont get an email when i press "forgot password"

I have written down the correct email, but I do not receive a message. I sent a message via another email to my email (the email that is linked to my origin) and it works fine. help me pls i spent alot of money on that account

In this case you should contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
