i cant seem to add my teen to my account.

I have sent several invites to the email and when you click link it says password is wrong. updated password and still the same msg-- what is the problem?I tried so many times now.

Can I ask, are you attempting to link an underage account to your adult account?

Also, on what platform are you experiencing this?

Hi Team

I am tryin to add a Teen Account and the email gets sent but the Link in the email is not 'Active'.

When I copy and paste the URL in the Search address bar all that comes back with is message:

"This isn't the account that the request was sent to!  Please log in to the account associated with the email that the request was sent to, and try again.

Very confusing indeed.

Steps being taken are:

1. Log-in to my EA account.

2. Household.

3. Add Teen Account.

4. Result - as included in above description.

Any thoughts?

I need this as our son cannot access Plants vs Zombie's GW2 as restriction message appears.
