i am not a newbie, i have been with pogo fo 11 yrs.

Sighned in to pogo under the new system and I lost my badges, points and gems. Screen name then was ladytyca and now is ladytyca1.  Had my acct for 11 yrs yet I am listed as a newbie. Please correct this info.

Can you try logging in using your username @ladytyca  and not your email? Changes to Pogo mean that if you have multiple accounts and login with your email it may not bring up your main account, so if this happens can you please use your username to login.
