Hello !
i lost my google authenticator app, for this i cant sign in to my account because its asking me for a 6 digit code which i cant get because i formatted my iphone. can someone help me please

If you are having trouble connecting to live chat make sure you disable script, pop up and ad blockers or, try a different browser. If that isn't working, choose the location closest to you that has phone support. You can use a VOIP service like Skype to call them or, a calling card. If you use a prepaid method make sure it has at least one hour of talk time to insure you get this resolved.
You can also try calling the UK number by any of those methods.

Did the app not backup to your iTunes when you formatted the phone?
If you can't get it through your iTunes you will need to Contact An Advisor.
Use the flag at the top to select your country.
Choose Origin as the game you need help with.
Provide the requested information.
Choose a contact method.
Available contact options vary by location and time of day.

unfortunately i did not backup my phone , and ive bee sitting trying to contact an adviser for the past 3.5 hours using live chat . i still cant get a reply ! ive tried everything. and i cant make a phone call because i live in saudi arabia , calls are only for canada and us.
