Hi @mdvova077vova

You need to create an incident using the Talk to a Game Advisorlink on the left, and a Game Advisor will assist you.

Select Origin from the list.
Select a topic for the best results.
Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an advisor.

@mdvova077vova Need change old email on EA done everything still can’t old they keep want code to email that was on my EA account changed thing with mrosoft but EA problem

This thread is quite a few years old and is being locked here to avoid further necroposting.
 
If you need to change an old email address but no longer have access to the email, you'll need to get in touch with the support team to get that login information updated.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
