I received an email advising I should contact you by phone but there is number to  reach you. I also have a problem making purchases on the already existing  cards on file and working till 01/30/20. In chat I was advised that the problem was mine not you, however my CC support team said my cards were fully functional I tested by making a small purchase elsewhere that was fine therefore the problem is yours. Therefore if you wish to have  an active customer I would suggest your finding said problem.

So far EA has been lacking on all the issues submitted and reaching the group is almost impossible

Hey @cillcaraighcharm I tested Origin just there and was able to make an order without issue.

If you are seeing an error message then it generally points to an issue with your information being incorrect or your bank/card issuer blocking the payment.

The best thing to do is to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
