Without being rude this company is unorganised as hell. My issue has not been resolved in a month. A MONTH. ive had a code sent to my psn to recover an ea account that i have no access to the email and dont know the password. I was apologised to for it taking so long but they have not idea what to do with the code. I was advised on a chat to re do the web form. so looks like we are going to be out of quarantine before my ea account is back
