why am i getting a grey screen with a frown face in the middle of a game? Sweet tooth town and mahjong garden and phlinx 2 so far. my compatibility scan was all good, using chrome browser

Can I ask you to try a private browsing window or a second browser to see if you see the same results?

I tested the games there and they worked without issue so it may simply be something in your browser settings that is causing the issue.
