gaming on a budget pc

is it possible for me to play the sims 4 and ABZÛ on a budget pc with intel celeron n3350 with intel hd graphics 500. my pc is fairly new . please help, thank you

Those are really low and specs and i can not assure you will have stable performance with those components.
The minimal requirements for the Sims 4 are:
OS: Windows XP or later versions.
CPU: 2.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.0 GHz AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-62.

Memory: at least 2 GB.

Storage: at least 9 GB HHD preferable SSD.

GPU: 28 MB of Video RAM (VRAM) and support for Pixel Shader 3.0.NVIDIA GeForce 6600 or better, ATI Radeo X1300 or better, Intel GMA X4500 or better.
