my origin client opens fine. however when loading games from origin games won't connect to ea servers. for example, open origin, and click need for speed the run, game opens and is playable, however it will not connect to ea servers. I receive a message stating that I must be connect to servers to access online features. this happens with all games including Alice and nfs rivals have changed nothing about my system configuration since first installing origin. my problem started after the 2nd to last origin update. I have checked my firewall settings and all games are allowed. I completely uninstalled origin, games, and saved data. and reinstalled. still the same problem. I'm not going to reinstall windows, for an origin error. I'm running win 10 pro, with a 4.2 processor and 32 gigs of ran. any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your troubles with Origin  However, I don't think such a drastic move as reinstalling Windows will be necessary.

Could you please try the rest of the steps listed in this post?
