games missing from account

missing games , many years ago I purchased all 3 mass effect games for pc  and I know they were all registered on the origin web site , I have a new pc and have gone onto my account to download the games onto the new pc but only mass effect 3 is showing on my profile , why cant I see mass effect 1 and 2 in my profile.

Hello Barry you probably realise I posted my comments in 2 different places to try and get an answer.

Many years ago when I first purchased mass effect 1,2,3    I had to register the codes of all 3 games so that I could use them

That is why I am surprised that only mass effect 3 is in my profile. I threw away the manuals and discs because when I planned to put the games on a new pc I expected to find all 3 games on my account just like they are stored on the client system.

Yesterday I did online chat with somebody and it lasted  for about 20 minutes , I gave her both email addresses that I use , I even logged in as USA  as well as ENGLAND which is where I am.

I told the person that I was NOT trying to con her out of a free copy of mass effect 1 and 2 , I just wanted to know why they were not on my account , looking through other peoples postings it seems that I am not the only person that this has happened to.

I told her to check mass effect 3 "cloud" saves and this would show that the strength of the characters was so high because they were made up of  data imports from 1 and 2.

No matter what I said to her she refused to accept I was telling the truth so I reluctantly gave up.

P.S.  a question I was asked ,,,,, do I still have the receipts from all those years ago proving I did buy all 3
