games = gone after password reset can i get them back?

i decided to play sims on new computer so i got origin and did all that stuff but i had to reset password that did some weird stuff to my profile (i had to remake it) and NONE of my games are there help!?!?!?!

@AmazingGammer77 If you want to avoid needing to contact support, you should be able to try logging in with your initial account. Try checking any other logiin details that you might have used on your old system.

What do you mean by "you had to remake it?" Your games are tied to the original account they were first linked with. To get it straightened out, contact a game advisor at https://help.ea.com .
