game i just bought through you crashes when it tries to lauch

i bought cities sklines and some expanshions the problem is it wont launch the game it starts to but gets to about 50% and chashes

Use windows event viewer, why does it crash.

ps.
standard things to do repare the game in Origin client.
also good idea to update all driver and bios to that PC
