game exspachen pack not showing up

I downloaded a exspachen pack for the sims 3 and it says that it is done downloading it but I right click the game and see the pack with the new sign on it but I still have the download button how do I fix this.

Hi,

If you've checked your expansions under Game Details and it won't download or install, then clear your Origin Cache and afterwards start Origin as administrator.
