frame rate issues

I’m having frame rate issues only on my origin games. All my games on steam work perfectly. Is there a way to fix this? I use shadow tech for my pc gaming.

I'm having the same issue but on Xbox One. Played the VIP demo last week and the frame rate wasn't anywhere near as bad as it is today.
