finding gamefolder again

Hi.

Would it be possible to make Origin some how find an excisting game folder on another harddrive after fx. deleting origin.

Steam and Uplay just needs to be pointed to the folder where the game files are and you are good to go. Why not make

Origin that way to, it would make it so much easier. I'm so tired of downloading the content again after fx formatting my main drive.

Please consider this.

Hi,

If you want Origin to detect your game files on another HDD, or you want to move them there, then check out the following article:

We are still working on a new Origin version and are also looking to implement new features. I will forward your feedback regarding the optimization of this function.

Note: any download popup that you get is just the client verifying files. If they are already on your system than nothing will be actually downloaded.
