I'm not sure if you're going to play on PC or a console? 

If you purchase Origin Access on PC, you will get access to the full game including multiplayer. If you decide to buy EA Access on PS4 or Xbox One, then Star Wars Battlefront 2 will require PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold respectively to access multiplayer.
