Error 0.000007b keeps popping up when I try to launch the sims so i cannot play the game. Can someone please help me?

Hi @oliwkq22

 

That error usually comes up if there's a missing or corrupted system file in Windows. There are some things we can try that can help. 

 

First, I'd recommend downloading the Visual C++ Redistributable files from the Microsoft Support website to see if that helps. That may be able to recover the files that Origin is looking for. Be sure to download both the x86 and x64 versions of the 2015 Visual C++ files.

I had the same probelm with Star Wars Battlefront here is a link to (hopefull) repair your dll files because you have probably installed wrong files https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yOBIqEKSmz0
