email changed without my knowledge - pretty sure account hacked - "call me" link NOT found - HELP! [ Edited ]

Today my email changed without my knowledge - pretty sure account is hacked, not sure how, looked up the instructions, followed them to the letter,   - but the "call me" link NOT found - HELP!

• Select "Call me"
• Enter your phone number
• Click "submit"

"Call me" is nowhere on the page... HELP

Also - this was in IE. the "live chat" has been at 5-10 miinutes now for an hour.

in FF and Chrome, the big blue "log in to your account" button does nothing...

I have been on the live chat for 3 hours even though it said 5 minute wait!
