ea verify your identity emails

the emails are not getting sent out for both an existing account and an attempt to create a new one.  ea support is unreachable.  waiting in chat for hours now with no response.  also opted in for a phone call.  was quoted a 15 min wait and its been hours as well.  anyone have any ideas?

Can't log in
