I ordered four players from the auction house (Prime Time Mark Andre Flury, Dynamic Duo Connor Mcdavid, Fantasy Hockey James Neal, and Dynamic Duo Alex Ovechkin), but never recived any of them. I would like a refund. All the players in total added up to 2,849,999 coins. I hope to hear back from you soon.

Hey @Cad31en31 if you won the auction for all four items and have not received them or your coins back then you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

 

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

 

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
