Product code has already been used, by me when i first installed the game some time ago. now i cant launch the game because your web portal doesnt have the game registerred to me. i own this game and have played it to completion previously. why can i not play it now. why isthis game code not registerted to me when i cannot play the game without registering the game code

If you are logging in to Origin client with the same account that you used to log in here, then I do believe you are logging in with the wrong account as from what I can see Crysis 3 has never been linked to this account.
