The game crashes every time I reach a specific point on the map. I'm new to Origin and I'm not sure what the usual troubleshooting steps would be.

This can indicate damaged game files and may be fixed by right clicking the game in Origin and then clicking on Repair. Let that process finish and then test if the problem is resolved. Do reply here either way with your results, thanks.
