change email

I want to change my email, but to do that, a confirmation code is sent for my current email.
The problem is that I deleted this email and cant change for a new one...

Could you offer me some assistance ?

2. Click "Contact Us"
3. Select Origin from the game list
4. Select PC
5. Select Manage my account > Manage account details
6. Click Select contact option
