sooo im logged into my account for long time but the email was my sisters and she cant even remember it can i change the email since im logged into my account...
its origin account not this one

Yes, you can. To update the email on your account please see the instructions in this link: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/if-you-forgot-your-ea-account-id-or-password/
To Update Email on EA account:
1. Go to ea.com and log in.
2. Click the avatar on the menu bar.
• If you aren’t already signed in, do that now.
• If you are already signed in, click Account Settings.
3. Select the About Me tab.
4. Click Edit beside "Basic Information."
5. Click Edit next to:
• Basic Information to update your ID, name, email, or date of birth.
• Regional Settings to update your country of residence or language.
6. Answer your security question or enter your Login Verification code to confirm your identity, then change away!
If you lost access to your email and the authentication method is through it, please go to https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/
