cant set up 2 step authenication [ Edited ]

i have the code generator installed and when i enter the code generated by the app. It said the codes are not valid so i cant even complete the authentication set up

Hey @ASWDO. 

Did you scan the QR code in the authenticator app before you entered the code? That should tell it to generate a code that's unique to your EA Account.

i did scan the code so i get the 6 digit code from the app but still doesnt work
