cant log in to battle log

I received a free cope of battlefield 3 when it was on the house finnaly got around to playing it but it will not let me log in to battle log

what do I do ?

@salmontheweedman That error indicates that you have been suspended from Battlelog. Please send an email to accountdisputes@ea.com. When sending the email, please include the information requested in the following article: http://help.ea.com/en/article/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

Open the games window in origin and click play BF3. Provided that you are connected to the internet it should auto open the battlelog already logged into your account and ready to play. Hope this helped.

when it sends me to an internet page it says this :

You have all the data necessary for Chrome.Mozilla,IE 8,9,10.
