cant install the origin client

Im trying to install the origin client, but every time I try to I get an error 3:0. I have tried deleting and uninstalling all of the origin files but that doesnt do anything either and I still get the error every time. The install makes it to the part where it asks you if its fine for the Origin client to make changes to your computer and then when I click yes, I get the error.  Im trying to install the client and my games onto the D: Drive. not sure whats going on. I have included a picture of the error screen I get.

1) Make clean boot https://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
2) close/disable some programs like "Razer Surround/Synapse", RivaTuner, RTSS, "EVGA Precision", Fraps, MSI Afterburner, ASRock eXtreme Tuner, Skype, XFire, XSplit and other...

3) download dxwebsetup and run/install it as Admin

4) Reinstall vc++:
a) all install run as Admin;
b) before install this, delete all already installed versions;
c) if you have x64 OS, you'd install x32 and x64 packages of all versions:
VC2005 (хххххх80.dll), VC2008 (хххххх90.dll), VC2010 (ххххх100.dll),

VC2012 (ххххх110.dll), VC2013 (ххххх120.dll), VC2015 (ххххх140.dll)

5) run Origin installer as Admin
