cant connect to the internet

hi

i have the latest update of origins and i allow it from my firewall but it always says you mast be connected to the internet for firtst time and i am always connected to the internet is there any bug?can you solve it with a way?what i must do for be connected to the origin online?

Maybe your firewall/Anti Virus program is blocking the connection. Try turning it off and if that works, add origin.com as an exception.
