cant change birth date to december [ Edited ]

when i scroll to change my birthday to the right month it only shows half of the 11 but not the 12 at all so it wont change my birthday to the right month

Can I ask, on what platform are you seeing the issue and is it possible to make the pop-up window bigger?

You can generally hover the move over the corner and then click and drag the window to make it larger and as such display more info.
