i CANNOT LOG IN TO MYea ACCT; IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS

Could you please reach out to EA Help? They can take a look into the situation, such as if you already have an EA account with your email address, and help you get back into your account.

To contact EA Help:

• Go to https://help.ea.com
• Click "Contact Us"
• Select Pogo from the game list
• Select PC or Mac
• Select Manage my account > Can't log in
• Click Select contact option

Despite updatng my pw. i get the same error msg that my user ID and pw are taken. This has been 3 weeks.Totally frustrated. I want my friends list. my gems, my mini items my tokens, et al reinstated!!!!!
