cannot create and account due to technical issues

My friend would like to create an account but he is unable to for the past 3 days he gets the same error "we're sorry but we're having some technical difficulties, please try again later"

tried contacting an ea representative but i have been waiting for 2 hours with no sign of the end of the tunnel, what can i do so i can play games with my friend?

Was your friend able to get the issue resolved @Genbuku?

That error can point to a connection issue, may be worth seeing if you can create the account with him to see if you see the same error message?

thankyou for the reply, the issue hasn't been resolved yet, me and a second friend attempted to make a new account aswell to check and had the same error, don't know if it's a regional error, i live in the caribbean

To All Have This Problem You must try this: Login To Origin And use Your Username Not your Gmail Thank you

The problem is with account creation; not logging into an account.

I cannot create a new ea account either and I have tried on my phone and Xbox and it will not let me create a new account
