cannot access email

When i made my origin account I used an email for my old orange network, I no longer can access that account and cannot retrieve my email so and have forgotten password meaning i cannot login into origin for for Fifa 20 companion app, I need to change email on origin account any need would be massively appreciated.

Hey there! If you have no way of getting access to that email address we'll need to have you fill out an account recovery form so our EA Advisors can verify you are the true account owner. Once they can verify you're the true owner they'll assist in updating the email address on your account so you can access the FIFA companion app.
