can t write password on ea acc login via ps4 on fifa 18

i m experiencing a problem while in the game fifa 18 i try to log in to my ea acc and after i use my email, when its time to insert the password, i m unable to do it and it leeves the space blank or throws some chinese letters and doesn t let me insert the right password, does anybody knows how can i fix it?

GUYS.I finally found the solution to the problem.You must change PS4 language to default (English) and then enter your EA password.After that you can change your language back again..........ufff
