I don't know where to ask this question; apparently EA doesn't allow you to contact them in a normal way. I want to view my cases that have been closed or resolved, when I click on the case, it doesn't show me the contents. is this normal?

We've noticed that there's a problem with reviewing old cases on EA Help. Our team is currently working on a solution.
You might see some of the case details re-appearing tomorrow

Sure, is nice having to click a f'in button, to remember. Wonder what the * happens when i have to remember a PASSWORD to Access my Thought¡¡¡¡
