Hello

 
I tried to purchase Battlefield 4 using my credit card but failed from your site
In the second step, when I clicked the purchase button, I got an error message, "Changes you made may not be saved".
 
I tried several times but couldn't make it.
 
I have had no issue when I use the same credit card on Steam so I guess my credit card is not a problem.
 
I haven't used any proxy servers to access your site at all so it cannot be a security issue either.
 
Could you please help me to purchase the game using my credit card?

You will need to contact an EA Advisor, so they can look further into this issue: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

 

Note: Once on the support site, click on the flag in the top left corner and select your country. If yours is not listed, you may need to place an international call. Read more about it here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/contact-ea-help/

 

Log in with your EA Account and choose "Origin" as product, your platform, "Orders" as topic and "Cannot purchase" and describe your issue to see all available contact options.
